The Event

The beginning of the new semester was upon us and the campus students were back to school. We had come out of an election period that not so many thought would be possible to come out of. The event was at Riara University along Mbagathi way, Nairobi. The attendance was approximately 1800-2000 students that came in and stayed with us till the end. 

 

 

The Objective

The objective of this event was to push awareness for our services as we also get other businesses to jump in and push their services too. Two heads are better than one and in this case, we were successful in joining the two. We had various companies from across the country that came in to push their services. We had Scope Markets, Boomplay, MotorSport Kenya, Colorfest, Redbull, Standard Media.

 

 

How The Objective Was Achieved

The best solution to achieve the objectives for this event was to have engaging crowds and also have willing clients and partners present during the event. Having timely meetings with the clients to make them aware of the program and what is expected of them. Creativity from the various teams on how the event should be worked for us as it made seamless communication and seamless flow of things in a new and fashionable way to achieve the desired outcome that will be fitting for all parties. 

 

 

The Results

After various challenges throughout the planning process, we were able to use the roadblocks to help us shape our event effectively. 

Naturally, by the end of the day, everyone has their favorite station in the clients and everyone has their best performer or artist that came along.

The numbers and crowd willing and asking for us to continue was a clear indication that we had created relationships with them and they were very willing for us to give them more. 

Memories were made and the clients had an audience that was fulfilled by their products. Clients came out happy about the impact they had on the student.
